• We are not responsible for the improper use or washing of the product you are about to buy.
• The logos, sizes, colors and other indications are provided by the customer and added to the shopping cart.
• The company only proceeds to comply with the order according to the specifications described in the shopping cart.
• The tonality of the colors of the products may not be identical to how they look on your computer, tablet or smartphone.
• Due to the variety of sizes, it is possible that some prints look different proportions to how they look in the online store.

Returns

The company can only make size or color changes in a period no longer than 15 days after receiving your merchandise. The cost for shipping expenses for merchandise changes is paid by the customer.

The process of changing merchandise is as follows:

1. The client sends the merchandise to the company to change. For this, the company generates a DHL guide and sends it to the customer to form the package and send the goods back to change.
2. The company receives the merchandise, checks that it is in good condition and generates a code with a credit balance to be used by the customer.
3. The customer makes a new purchase (through the shopping cart) in which he will use the code provided by the company adding the correct products.
